Highway 146
Baytown, TX 77520
Baytown is about 30 miles east of Houston,
Texas. Our building is on the East side of Baytown, on Texas
Highway 146.
From Interstate 10, exit State Highway 146
and head south about 5 miles. After the light at Ferry Road/Alexander,
our meeting house will be on the right at the next street,
Crosby Cedar Bayou Road. (If you pass the street, continue
to the light at Alexander (Business 146) and turn right;
we'll be two blocks up on your right.)From south of Houston,
if you are near Loop 610, it is easiest take Highway 225
eastbound to Highway 146 and head north. If you are further
south, just follow 146 northbound. When you cross the Fred
Hartman suspension bridge, continue on Highway 146 about
7 miles. Exit at Business 146 (Alexander) and turn left.
We're two blocks up on the right.
On most paper maps, Highway 146 through Baytown
is still listed as "Loop 201" or "Spur 201,"
the old designation. The old Highway 146 is now Business
146, more commonly known as N. Alexander.
