Isaiah 40 is a passage of comfort and hope for God's old covenant people as they were about to enter Babylonian captivity. The same passage offers comfort and hope for God's new covenant people in the promise that they will "mount up with wings like eagles" (Isaiah 40:31). So, what's the secret to soaring like eagles?
